The processing of your personal data takes place exclusively within the EU, unless otherwise stated below.

1.3 Usage data

When visiting the website, general technical information is collected. This is the IP address used, time, duration of the visit, browser type and, if applicable, the page of origin. This usage data is registered in a log file for technical reasons and can be used and stored for the purpose of statistical evaluation of this website. This usage data is not linked to your other personal data.

2.3 Right to erasure

You have the right to demand that we delete the personal data concerning you without undue delay. We are obliged to delete them without delay, in particular if one of the following reasons applies

Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

You revoke your consent on which the processing of your data was based and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

Your data has been processed unlawfully.

The right to erasure does not exist insofar as your personal data is required for the assertion, exercise or defence of our legal claims.

2.4 Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data if

6.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google") and collects and stores data via this web analytics service, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. The usage profiles created in this way are used to evaluate visitor behaviour in order to design and improve the offer presented on this website in line with requirements. 6.2 Google Tag Manager

This Google tool only implements tags. No cookies are used in this process and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. 6.5 Keap & Infusionsoft

For sending our newsletter, we use the Infusionsoft software of the provider Keap, 1260 S. Spectrum Blvd Chandler, 85286 Arizona, USA. Keap & Infusionsoft sets cookies for analysis purposes. When you open an e-mail sent with Keap & Infusionsoft, a file that is intrigued in the e-mail connects to the server of Kep & Infusionsoft in the USA. This makes it possible to track whether a newsletter message has been opened. In addition, technical information (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system) is collected for statistical analysis of a newsletter campaign.

Raygun is an application monitoring service that detects and documents errors and performance problems that may occur when using our website. If such an error occurs while using our website, data such as browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, and the date and time of your access will be forwarded to Raygun.

6.8 Microsoft Azure - Content Delivery Network (CDN).

We use Microsoft Azure (operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) to properly deliver the content of our website. This is a service which acts as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) on our website. A CDN helps to provide content from our online offering, in particular files such as graphics or scripts, more quickly with the help of regionally or internationally distributed servers. When you access this content, you establish a connection to Microsoft Azure servers, whereby your IP address and possibly browser data such as your user agent are transmitted. This data is processed solely for the purposes mentioned above and to maintain security and functionality.
